★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bankanın işleyişi çok güzel. Yıllardır bu banka ile çalışıyorum. Fakat şube , müşterilerine hizmet vermekte çok yavaş. Bankada bekleme süresi benim için 20 dakikayı geçmemeli. 17 temmuz tarihinde geldim fakat sıra gelmeden gitmek zorunda kaldım. Insanların bankada sıra beklemekten daha önemli işleri oluyor. 18 temmuz tarihinde yine geldim ( bugün) 1saaten daha uzun süredir bekliyorum. En kısa sürede banka müşterileriniz için daha hızlı nasıl hizmet verebiliriz diye çareler ararsanız iyi edersiniz. Fotoğraf saati 15.34
En kısa sürede bu banka ile çalışmaktan vazgeçeceğim.
 The operation of the bank is very nice. I've been working with this bank for years. But the branch is too slow to serve its customers. The waiting period in the bank should not exceed 20 minutes for me. I came on July 17, but I had to go before the turn. People have more important jobs than waiting in line at the bank. I came again on July 18th (today) I have been waiting longer. As soon as possible, you can call our bank customers faster how to serve you better. Photo hours 15.34

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Система обслуживания очень плохая. Приходится ждать 2-х минутное дело 2-3 часа. Я запросил карту (чтоб хотя бы деньги снимать через терминал и не ждать по 2 часа) взяли номер телефона и сказали будет через неделю, привезут к вам домой. Прошло 4 месяца нету, пошел обратно запросил карту, прошел ещё 1 месяц...
The service system is very poor. You have to wait for a 2-minute case for 2-3 hours. I asked for a card (so that at least to withdraw money through the terminal and not wait for 2 hours) took a phone number and said it would be in a week, they would bring it to your home. It took 4 months no, I went back and asked for a card, another 1 month passed ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ekonomik krizin kendisini iyiden iyiye hissettirdiği şu günlerde bir çözüm arayışıyla gittim. Banko memuru Özlem hanım sorunumla samimi olarak ilgilendi. En azından işlerimiz açılana dek kafam rahatlamış şekilde ayrıldım. Kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum.
I went in search of a solution in these days when the economic crisis made itself felt more and more. The desk clerk Özlem was sincerely interested in my problem. I left feeling relieved, at least until our business cleared up. I thank them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistemi çok kötü olan bir şube. Bütün işlemler 4 kişi tarafından yürütülmeye çalışıyor. Sıra almadan giseye giriş yapıp işlem yapanlar ayrı bir dert. Ve kimse de müdahale etmiyor.
A very bad branch system. All transactions are executed by 4 people. Those who have entered and traded before taking a queue are a separate problem. And nobody interferes.

Disgrace is an empty branch behind so many advertisements. The queue system of the bank and the subject of unordered transactions are nonsense. It's like you came to get a job done in a private company. Customer satisfaction is in the last place. Disgrace is definitely not among the choices. .All you have to do is come and take your turn and wait for your turn for hours...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valla şube çalışanları oldukça iyi.yalniz yeni sistem inanılmaz başarısız.Kimin aklına geldiyse gerçekten tebrik ederim.tum gişeleri birleştirmişler.Yani ufak.bi işlem bile yapsanız önünüzde kredi çeken bi adam varsa yarim saat beklemeniz sizi şaşırtmasın.
Hemen ekleme yapalım.Banka kendini aşmış durumda atm ler 1 yıldır 50 dolar 50 euro ve 200 euro kabul etmediği için içerden yatırmanız gerekiyor.Gerçekten muthiş bir banka

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet bir banka şubesi ne zaman işim düşse en ufak bir iş bile tam 2 saat sürüyor sıralı işlem sistemi berbat diğer şubelerde böyle kötü bir sistem görmedim
A disgraceful bank branch, whenever my job falls, even the smallest job takes exactly 2 hours, the sequential transaction system is terrible, I have never seen such a bad system in other branches.

У меня был номер 108, я сидела в очереди почти час чтобы положить на счет деньги, передо мной приняли номер 110,111, 115 а я все сидел. Такое впечатление, что банку вообще не нужны деньги клиентов, а в чем тогда смысл банка.? Из 5 работников только один работал, другие сидели общались попивали чай, никуда не торопились, вообщем работники года
Terrible service, careless attitude towards customers. The electronic queue is not clear for what.
