★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet gerçekten. Garanti bankası müşterisi olmama hatta bireysel müşteri temsilcim olmasına ragmen 1 saat sıra bekliyorum. 5 gişe var ama 2 si calısıyor. Rezalet gerçekten.
Shame really. Although I am not a Garanti Bank customer or even an individual customer representative, I am waiting for 1 hour. There are 5 toll booths but 2 are working. Shame really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 45 dk oldu 3 gişe var ve hala sıra gelmiyor garanti bbva diyerek müşteri memnuniyeti ön planda deniliyor hiç kimse ilgilenmiyor çok duyarsız ve ilgisiz böyle bir rezalet görmedik hiç bir bankada
It's been 45 minutes. There are 3 toll booths and there is still no turn. Customer satisfaction is at the forefront by saying "guarantee bbva".
