There is always a queue. Inside processes take very long and some of the staff are very rude. I will close my account as soon as possible and switch to another bank.

3 раза обращался в данное отделение с целью открытия персонального счёта для оплаты за квартиру. К сожалению попал на очень недоброжелательную сотрудницу со второго этажа слева по имени Emelca. Которая сразу пыталась послать прямым текстом, так как была занята другим клиентом и пришлось заниматся мной по электронной очереди.
Охрана и персонал на первом этаже замечательные.
? So far, very negative comments from employees.
I applied to this department 3 times in order to open a personal account to pay for the apartment. Unfortunately I got caught by a very unfriendly employee from the second floor on the left named Emelca. Which immediately tried to send in plain text, as it was busy with another client and had to deal with me in electronic turn.
The security and staff on the ground floor are wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff work very slowly and sometimes they picked up personal telephones in front of customers very rude ..they were also unhelpful and unfriendly and didnt provide solutions after waiting in line for hours.. just look at the rating it's only 2.6 it means many customers are not satisfied they have to add more class to know how to treat customers well..
