★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Сегодня тоже пришёл в это отделение банка , у меня внж тоже отказались в открытии счета , сказали только зарплаты проект, хотя совсем недавно брат в алании в этом же банке открыл счёт без проблем ! И кстати очень грубо разговаривают с клиентом !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok ağır, tahammülsüz, lakayik çalışan bir banka. 5000 tl nin altında işlem yapmıyoruz diyorlar ama diğer şubelerde böyle bir durum söz konusu değil ayrıca yaşlı vatandaşlar kendi başlarına atm den işlem yapamayabilirler ve ya orta yaşta olupta bu işlemleri yapamayan vatandaşlar olabilir . Bu işlemleri yapmak değilmi oradaki oturanların işi. Birde babama kaza sigortası yapmışlar kendisi talep etmediği halde nasıl olsa nasıl olsa anlamaz diye gözüne kestirdikleri müşterilere iki ara bir derede hızlı hizli onay aldirip türlü türlü para koparma derdindeler resmen dolandircilik 2019 dan beri kaza sigortası ödeneği kesiyorlarmış hiç önermiyorum bu bankayı
It is a very heavy, intolerant, and reticent bank. They say that we do not make a transaction below 5000 TL, but this is not the case in other branches, besides, elderly citizens may not be able to perform transactions on their own from ATMs, or there may be middle-aged citizens who cannot perform these transactions. It is not the job of the residents to do these operations. They also paid accident insurance to my father, they had a quick approval in a two-hour period to the customers that they had taken care of because they did not ask for it anyway, but they were trying to get all sorts of money. I do not recommend this bank at all. They have been making an accident insurance allowance since 2019.
