Müşteri temsilcisi aceleden hatalı olduğunu düşündüğüm işlemler yaptı.. Üst perdeden konuşup, örtbas etme gayreti içerisindeydi.. Israrlar ve uyarılar neticesi kısmen düzeltti.. Baştan savma gayretindeydi, dense abartılmış olmaz..
Örn. : İkametgah adresini hatalı girdi. Israrlı uyarımız sonucu düzeltti. E- mail adresini sormadı..
Kredi kartının ATM kartına tanımlanmaması isteğimizi nazara almadı..
Banka tüketicisi olarak bir yıldızı dahi haketmedi desem, yeri...

The customer representative hastily made transactions that I thought were wrong.. He was in an effort to speak up and cover up.. As a result of insistence and warnings, he partially corrected it.. It would not be an exaggeration to say that he was in a sloppy effort..
eg. : Incorrect residence address entered. Our persistent warning corrected the result. It didn't ask for your e-mail address.
It did not take our request into consideration that the credit card should not be defined to the ATM card.
If I say that as a bank consumer, it doesn't even deserve one star, it's the place...
