★ ★ ★ ★ ★ begüm hanım şu anda, bir beyefendiyle telefonda konuşup, beni kontuarda bekletiyor. telefonda ki beye kredi hakkında, kampanyalar hakkında bilgi veriyor. 10 dakikayı geçmeseydi bu yorumu yazmayacaktım. ben de bu bankada 8 senedir müşteriyim ama telefon ettiğim zaman kimseye ulaşamamamın nedenleri belli oldu. gereksiz uzun bilgilendirmeler, bir güler yüz bile yok. kusura bakmayın işim uzun yana geçin dese, boşuna beklemeyeceğim. sonuç ne peki, tabi ki vakit kaybı.
