Her yer normale döndü bir garanti dönemedi. Ve her sabah 1 saat 10-20-30. Dk sırada bekliyorum. Erciş'tekiler bilir Güneş tam tepeye vuruyor birde. Güneşin önünde tek kişinin işlem yapmasını bekliyoruz. Her giseye giden 5-10 bazen 20 dk kalıyor. Ve tek kişiyle 5 kişilik sıra 1 saat sonunda geliyor. Yazıktır. The process is very slow. We had to wait outside for hours. Unfortunately, it is managed with very inadequate personnel. In my opinion, instead of 2 security guards, one more personnel should have been increased.
