Sırada kimse yok iken sıradaki insanın islemini yapmayıp önünde 10 dk bekleten ağır yavaş çalışanlar. Bekleyen müşterinin islemini yapmak yerine telefondaki işlemi öne almak ne saçma bir çalışma şekli. Umarım kimsenin işi düşmez bu Şubeye.
Personnel who alienate people from the bank
Slowly working people who do not take the action of the next person and wait for 10 minutes in front of them when there is no one in line. What a ridiculous way of working to bring the transaction forward on the phone instead of taking the action of the waiting customer. I hope no one will fall for this branch.
