Müşteri servisi çok kötü, işleri zorlaştırabildikleri kadar zorlaştırdılar. Sayelerinde inanılmaz sorunlar yaşadık. Özellikle bu şube sebebiyle Garanti bankasıyla bir daha asla çalışmayı düşünmüyorum. Hakedilen yıldız sıfır.

The customer service is very bad, they make it as difficult as they can. Thanks to them we had incredible problems. I never think of working with Garanti Bank again because of this branch. Deserved star zero.
