★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuma ve Salı günü olmak üzere 2 gündür garanti bankasında hesap açtırmaya çalışıyoruz ve asla ilgenilmiyor saatlerce bekledik sistemler çalışmıyor dediler bankada hesabımız olmadığı için umursamıyorlar ve çok yavaş ilerliyor buna bi çözüm bulun bence.

Döviz bozdurmak için girdim önceden bozuyorlardı şimdi 5.000 TL altı bozmuyoruz diyip 1 saat beklettikleri yetmemiş gibi daha geçen hafta bozdurmuştum dediğimde de yapacak birşey yok diyip elinde bozuk para ile oynayan ve müşteriyi umursamayan berbat bir banka ? Asla tavsiye etmiyorum
They treat their man accordingly. Zero willingness to work. I went in to exchange currency, they were changing it before, now they say "we don't change under 5,000 TL" and as if they waited for 1 hour, as if it wasn't enough, when I said I had it changed last week, they said there is nothing to do and plays with coins in their hand and doesn't care about the customer, a terrible bank ? I never recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personelin ilgisizliği ve konuşma üslubu olarak eğitim yoksunu bir şube. Bir işlem yaptırabilmek için dakikalarca bekliyorsunuz... Bekliyorsunuz… Bekliyorsunuz… ! Çalışmak bu kadar zor olmamalı. Evime yakın olduğu için geliyorum fakat her defasında aynı tablo.
A branch that lacks training in terms of staff's indifference and speaking style. You wait for minutes to get a transaction done... You wait... You wait... ! Working shouldn't be this hard. I come because it's close to my house, but it's the same painting every time.
