Madem yoğunluk var halılarımızı yıkamadan gönderin , yıkanmasını bile geçtik diyoruz halılarınız şu an yıkamada diyip onu da yapmıyorlar. Haftasonu halılarınız gelecek diyorlar. Haftasonu arıyoruz, haftasonu servisimiz yok diyorlar. Neredeyse her gün arıyoruz aynı şeyleri söylüyorlar biz aramaktan yorulduk artık ama halılarımız ortada yok. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir halı yıkama firması. It has been 34 days since we sent our carpets, but our carpets still have not arrived. Asla Gap Halı yıkamayı kullanmayacagim I sent the carpet to be washed, they said they will wash it in 1 week at the latest, but they could only bring it in the 2nd week. ALSO, THE VERY HEAVY CHEMICAL ODOR ON THE CARPET POISONED US FOR 10 DAYS. I will never use Gap Carpet Cleaning

An itibarıyla 20 gün oldu hala halılarım gelmedi aradığımda sözde ilgileneceğiz akşam getireceğiz şeklinde sürekli yalan söylüyorlar. Kesinlikle ve şiddetle tavsiye etmiyorum When we delivered our carpets, they said that we will deliver them within 7 days. They even sent messages that they were corporate. As of now, it's been 20 days and my carpets still haven't arrived. When I call, they are constantly lying that they will take care of it, and we will bring it in the evening.
