★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle fiyatları yüksek ama indirim dönemlerinde alınabilir maliyete yaklaşıyor. Tr'de neyin fiyatı artmadı ki!! Bizim sözde uygun ve tıklım tıklım 3 harfli markamizin bile en basit ürünleri 50 lira seviyesindeyken Gap fiyatlarını makul görüyorum. Sonuçta alıp yıkadığım ürünlerin sağı solu esnemiyor. Çalışanlara gelince gayet yardım severler. Sizi alisveris esnasında rahatsız etmiyorlar ancak sorduğunuz soruları memnuniyetle cevaplıyor ve yardımcı oluyorlar.
First of all, their prices are high, but they approach the affordable cost during the discount periods. The price of what has not increased in Tr !! Even the simplest products of our supposedly convenient and packed 3 letter brand are at the level of 50 lira, I find the Gap prices reasonable. As a result, the right and left sides of the products I bought and washed do not stretch. When it comes to employees, they are very helpful. They do not bother you during shopping, but they are happy to answer your questions and help you.

The fabric quality on sale was a disappointment, I left as I entered. There is only the name. Certain basic products are of high quality. Girl's tracksuits were presented on the hanger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably unpleasant experience, absolutely disgusting behavior of GAP's staff:
*SHOCK*: This GAP store violates the terms of sale (!!!) and insults regular customers.
*FIRST IMPRESSION*
Time&date: 15-Jul-19 (approx. at 21:00)
Venue: Terracity, Alışveriş Merkezi, Tekelioğlu Cd. No:82, 07160 Muratpaşa
Unfriendly, untrained, and non-motivated staff: When I entered the store, there were only 2 clients, but nobody greeted me or offered any help. I was really feeling uncomfortable when trying to find the item and the size needed.
No English-speaking personnel at all: even the store director could not speak English, as it later turned out.
After I found the item needed and bought it, of course, I did not hear 'Thank you' from the cashier. Only 'Byebye' with a very unfriendly attitude. You will not hear 'thank you', 'iyi gunler', 'iyi askhamlar', etc. at this store. In fact, I even was ready to communicate in Turkish, but nobody wanted to co-operate.
BUT the major issue follows below.
*THE PROBLEM*
Surprisingly, the customer name I saw in my receipt was not my name. The receipt was issued to absolutely different person.
The cashier did not speak English. So I had to contact store manager, Canet, over the phone (spoke to her in Russian). I got a very rude answer from Canet: nobody cares who's name is in the receipt, we're just entering random names. The cashier stopped co-operating completely, the director also said he did not speak English.
Then Canet finally told the cashier to issue another receipt, but in order to do that I needed to fill in and sign a return form. But, again, there was that name of another person there, so I refused to sign it.
Then the director of the store started insulting me by laughing at my face and shouting to Canet to stop talking to me. They all together insisted that they can enter random names, and nobody cares who's name is in the receipt.
It all began with a cashier's mistake. Instead of rectifying the situation, the staff started insulting me (see above) and refused to acknowledge their mistake. During the whole encounter, I have not heard a single 'Sorry' for the cashier's mistake from either Canet or anybody else...
*CONCLUSION*: This is the way how GAP Inc. is treating its regular and loyal customers, really inept management.
