I think it is a perfect site, there are 2 flats on each floor plus security plus flat prices are very wide compared to its surroundings.

It is a very spacious residence, the view is very nice, the security staff is polite and educated, social friends who know psychology, it is close to the school and shopping center, also right next to the mosque, its neighbors are educated people and very helpful

Pros; the site is calm and decent, the view is beautiful, the houses are spacious and useful. The cons; the construction never ends, the insulation is very bad, both it is not heated in winter and the natural gas bill is very high. (avg. 1400 TL) two summer insulation repairs have been made, nothing changes .The air comes from the windowsills. In winter, the homeowners have to make silicone. The dues are too high. (780 TL) The parking lot is insufficient. The pool is always closed.
