inexpensive but still could be better. all male mostly teenage staff force you to participate in the entertaintment even if you flatly refuse. evening entertaintment could be better drinks diluted beach rocky so cant go bare feet and you need to cross the road to get to it

The Hotel has rooms with great view on the sea. It is close to the sea and has acces to it by a tunnel. The staff is ok and knows english. The rooms are not really great, but according to the price is ok. A lot of paid services like wi-fi. The all inclusive offers a little too cheap food.

If you want to have your worst holiday ever come to Galaxy Beach Hotel! This should be their slogan. They did not change the bed sheets nor the towles given douring our 7 days holiday. The hotel doesn't use air conditioner in the lobby, corridors or restaurant, so you will soak in any spot you will spend your time. While our stay, the staff was always the same, all day, everyday and they do not speak English. The hotel is also dirty, the cleaning ladies faking the cleaning process. The food is small in quantity comparing to other hotels and was almost the same each day. We did not have hot water! The shower had only warm water between 12 AM and 7 PM. We always had to ask for toilet paper from the reception. In the restaurant the lights are not put on: we usually ate in the dark and had to argue at some point with the staff to put on the lights. I am sure that are more details to be given, but I'll let you discover them if you don't believe what I am saying. Good day!

First of all, the hotel's 4 stars are a joke. Maximum 2 stars. They ask you to pay for the internet (in rooms and on the beach; you have a very low signal free internet in the lobby). The food is more then poor, tasteless, they give you the same food every day (same salads, desserts, rice, pasta, fried fries in old oil). The food from lunch became dinner with some topping... The rooms are clean. The furniture is old, but cleaning ladies do the best to make the rooms as cleas as is possible. The fridge doesn't work. The shower cabin's door is blocked. The drinks on the beach are not for free (hotel s beach!) and same with the internet. So... Think twice if you want to come here. We eat every day near the hotel at restaurants.

Based on experience in 2019: Rude employees, dirty room, unchanged bed sheets qnd towels from previous visitors (3rd day of the request, after contacting the boss several times, we have received clean bed sheets, as an excuse they said they change bed linen and towels only every third day ...), walls were covered in some red liquid, on sheets were yellow stains and hqir, luckily we brought our own towels which we slept on until we got new unpacked, never washed sheets. Free internet is available only in main hall, otherwise you have to pay for it.
