★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling customer service after purchase 1 day after a stone fell out and was told to sent it to France this would cost me £50 due to boarder tax on valuable goods and because i wanted it tracking etc. DO NOT buy from these people, as you can see form other google reviews there is a running theme here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have made a purchase from what it seemed a respectable company, Galata Selcuk . They have offered a certificate of authenticity etc.
However when I tried to insure them , back in UK, I was dismayed to find out they were fake. Therefore , BE VERY CAREFUL . Better yet , DON'T DO BUSINESS with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 years ago I bought a ring and they said I can change it with something else within 5 years. So I came back to Bodrum this year and really they accepted back at the same value and now I am enjoying my new ring, by paying just a small difference. Thank you for all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought dimond ring from this firm when we visited Bodrum. One day after we came home, one small stone drop off. ONE DAY after purchase!!! We sent our rint to them in Antalia, and we waited one month to get it back to us. THEN!!! 3 days after it 2 stones droped off. THEY ARE cheaters and selling BULSHIT to people. We will be sueing them in the court. Never buy from them, especially from Bodrum shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is even too much for these frauds. We bought two diamond rings for 7000 Euro and when we got back to Sweden and evaluate the rings they were worth 1500 euros. I even requested the ring to be smaller and they said they will fix it but they didn't cause that ring was impossible to make smaller cause the diamonds would fall off. Be aware from those frauds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy there. Those are frauds. Final prices after huge "discounts" much bigger than regular prices in your country. They're making great show trying to sell you jewellery not worth of its price. Their so-called "sultanites" are not the real ones, but artificially created, no matter what they are trying to tell you!
