Web sitelerinde yazan "25 günde teslimat " olayı tamamen gerçek dışı. Siparişi aldıktan sonra eğer sizin aklınıza gelmez ise asla aramıyorlar. Her sefereinde bir bahane bulup teslimatı ileri atıyorlar. Biz ürünlerimizi 9 haftada alabildik. Teslimat sırasında bulunduğumuz yere 12 km uzaklıkdaki Gala Mobilya mağazasından teslim almak zorunda kaldık. Hiç de dedikleri gibi ücretsiz teslimat yapılmadı. Üstelik 80 TL de kargo istediler. Satış sorumlusunu 4 kez aradım. Ama telefonuma cevap bile vermedi. Sonra nasılsa 80 TL den vazgeçtiler.
Unfortunately, an amateur company without an organization network. When you receive your order and make your payment, they give you a very gentle and professional atmosphere. The "25-day delivery" incident written on their website is completely unrealistic. After receiving the order, if they do not think of you, they never call. Every time they find an excuse and push forward the delivery. We were able to get our products in 9 weeks. At the time of delivery, we had to take delivery from Gala Furniture store, which is 12 km away from our location. As they say, free delivery was not made. Moreover, they asked for a cargo of 80 TL. I called the sales person 4 times. But he didn't even answer my phone. Then somehow they gave up 80 TL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a disgusting experience from this horrible company. They should be ashamed of them self. I ordered a TV stand in January 2019 and paid £450 and i still haven't received the item. A case should be filed for them, they trick customers into buying products and once they pay they keep the money and the product and the next thing you know is that the company is no longer there.
