Unreliable seller, we trusted their good intentions, but they sold a different product above the list price of their future, saying it was better, not what we wanted. Do not buy products from research.

Sivas istikbal store is not a suitable place to shop for 4 weeks and the next store is coming 8 months later and one seat is right and the other is wrong.

They did not deliver the sofa bed when we wanted it, and we gave it extra time, there is still no delivery. I last requested a refund. They are not investing our money now. I definitely do not recommend throwing your money in the trash but do not buy anything from them

Tüketici hakem heyeti ne şikayet ettim ama bu zamana kadar ki param heba oldu bir sürü zarar ettim, mağaza müdürü mobilyayı alsanız zarar etmezsiniz ben gelince daha pahalıya satarım dedi, geçen mağaza ya paramı vermeleri için gittim kapıdan kovdular,5 ay oldu!!!!!!
