Sadece bir tanesi 1.5 saatten önce geldi. Bugün söylediğim 3 saat oldu hala gelmedi. 40dk önce(sipariş vereli 2.5 saat olduğunda) aradım 15-20dkya oradayız dediler ve hala gelmedi. Damacana gelecek diye evde tıkılıp kalıyoruz. Pazartesi günü Ekstra servis çıkarıcaz demişlerdi önceki telefonla arayıp şikayet ettiğimde. Ona güvenerek bugün pazartesi diye sipariş verdim. Yine zararlı çıktım. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Gerçekten söz verilen saatte getircek bir firma bulana kadar 5lt lik sularla idare ederim. Bugün ki siparişimi de iptal edin 3 saat 10dk oldu. Telefonu açmıyorsunuz şuan. Gelirseniz teslim almayacağım suyu.
I started my membership on July 18. They are 1-1.5km from my house. They said they would deliver in 1.5 hours at the latest. I have ordered 8 carboys since July 18. Only one arrived before 1.5 hours. It's been 3 hours today that I said and it still hasn't arrived. I called 40 minutes ago (when it was 2.5 hours since I ordered), they said they are there for 15-20 minutes and it still hasn't arrived. We are stuck at home because the carboy will come. They said that we will make an extra service on Monday, when I called and complained on the previous phone. Trusting him, I ordered today as Monday. I was wrong again. I do not recommend. I will manage with 5lt water until I find a company that will actually deliver it at the promised time. Cancel my order today, it's been 3 hours and 10 minutes. You are not picking up the phone now. If you come, I will not take the water.
