★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabah kahvaltısı için puhaça almıştık çok güzel ve lezzetliydi. 4 yıldız verdim çünkü tabak vermediler yediğimizde çok kırıntı oldu. Bu yüzden kırdım not :) covid nedeni ile dediler saygı duyduk ama teşekkür ederim.
We bought puhaça for breakfast, it was very nice and delicious. I gave 4 stars because they didn't give plates, when we ate there was a lot of crumbs. That's why I broke the note :) they said due to covid, we respected but thank you.

It is an extremely clean and tidy patisserie, and its products are of very high quality. We are very satisfied every time. Moreover, their staff are very friendly and caring, I don't understand why they wrote such things in other comments, they definitely beat their rights? I recommend that other customers who are offended or dissatisfied should contact the blonde lady❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün aldığım ürünü bırakıp çıktım, kasada sıra bekliyorum benden sonraki müşterinin ödemesini aldı, işin ilginç tarafı yaptığının farkında olduğunu hissettirmesiydi bence saygısızlıktır. Üstelik kasada iki kişiler ve üç müşteri vardı.
I left the product I bought today and left, I'm waiting in line at the cashier, the next customer took the payment, the interesting part of the job was that he felt that he was aware of what he was doing, I think it's disrespectful. Moreover, there were two people and three customers at the checkout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabah arayip ayirtettigim ürünü,başkasina satmişlar...kizimin nisani icin birgun onceden gidip urun belirledim ve bu sabahda arayip ayirtettirdim...gittigimde sattiklarini soylediler...özür belirtmek yerine,oranin sahibi oldugunu söyleyen biri, hayvan gibi bagirmaya başladi...eger daha yetkili biri varsa.lutfen rica ediyorum o hayvani alin görevden...tam bir fiyasko...hiçbirsey almadan geri ciktim ve hala arkamdan uyarmama ragmen bağiriyordu
I called in the morning and they sold the product I had reserved to someone else... I went the day before for my daughter's April and determined the product and this morning I called and had it booked...they said they were selling it when I went... instead of apologizing, someone who said he owned the place started shouting like an animal... if anyone is more authoritative.please take that animal out of office...a complete fiasco...i went back without taking anything and he was still yelling even though i warned him behind my back
