Oh dear, where to start.. This hotel is listed in places as being a 5 star hotel but I'm sure when I booked I saw 4.. In my opinion it might be a 3 and thats probably only due to the fact it has lifts and disabled access at the front. Dont get me wrong, I have read horror stories about the place but we have not had a terrible time.. If you can imagine a travelodge trying to be an all inc with beach access through a tunnel under a dual carriageway, you might get some idea what I am trying to describe. Ill start with the few good points: The animation staff do very well with limited resources and they always try to spend time chatting and putting a smile on your face. The main guys PJ and Beret deserve a mention in this regard but the female animation staff also do well, I just dont remember their names. The bar staff are slightly reserved until they realise you are not a grumpy Russian and are able to have a giggle when they are not being harrassed by thier general manager who likes to strut around scowling at them for the slightest thing. The food is acceptable, not fantastic, a few nights I found stuff that was well cooked and had a good selection, some nights was just, yeah OK, I'd say. Decent salad selection and the cakes were lovely but dont expect to turn up with kids and get them chicken nuggets or kiddie type meals, they dont exist here. We paid extra for sea view which Id say here is absolutely essential, youll have a sunset view every night, beautiful.. If you dont opt for the sea view you may well find yourself on the inside of the building looking over the reception area or on floor 0 which is level with the outside bar. Bad bits, but not all.. - Rooms are dated, our bathroom looks and feels decrepid, the baths enamel has pretty much all worn away, the toilet knackered and we would have asked to change if it wasnt that most people asked said thiers was similar. - They have 1 "a la carte" restaurant, a fish place, in the corner next to the pool. The whole affair was an absolute joke beginning with trying to book a damn place - you HAVE to be at guest relations between 9 and 10 am to book only for the next evening as thier system wont take bookings for any other days. It took us 4 attempts to get a booking, one of those failed efforts was largely due to the girl running the desk who is super happy to help fellow Russians but not so much anyone else it seemed. To be fair they only have around 20 or so tables in the a la carte so I understand it can be a chore. The restaurant itself has the food brought from the main restaurant and we saw the plates laid with salad and the hot sides BEFORE we left the pool to get changed, then is left out for over an hour uncovered on the side. When I recieved my plate I was already put off and the fish didnt make it better either! So we left and had dinner back in the main restaurant that night.. Complete waste of time and effort. - The beer and house alchohol doesnt seem to work well, I resorted to getting the guys to knock me up a sort of desperado but with vodka and little sprite, tastes ok and works better too! ? - The beach linked to the hotel. Ok not thier fault per se but I do feel that with so many lovely beaches in Turkey we ended up with one of the worst I have seen. Its grey, pebbly and almost impossible to walk in due to all the rocks. - Alanya center is miles away, 15 quid each way in a cab. - Pointless schedules mean you always feel rushed, the slides, for towels, for ice cream, for snacks.. Just employ a few more people and have these things open more. - Contrary to what is advertised in places wifi is not free. To sum up, needs a hell of a lot of improvement and less penny pinching, it really does show. We wont be coming back, Antalya has way better hotels, in Side for example, that succeed in acomodating so many people but not making you feel let down in so many ways. Hope this helps.

we booked for three days, left after two, only staff wore masks, no one adhered to covid rules, cramming into lifts...not observing social distancing, overpopulated for covid conditions The food unless you wanted salad was unacceptable, fish tails and chicken knee caps and plain spaghetti, We ate out at Mr Jack's along the road , all drinks supplied in small thin plastic cups. brown plastic sun beds with no mattresses, towels put on beds early morning, 8.45 no sunbeds available the enamal in our bath had worn off Staff appeared unhappy in their work. Overall a most disappointing break for us considering it was 5* I wouldn't call it even a 3*

Well... It's not as bad as some reviews say, but it's not good either. Pros: underground passage from hotel directly to the beach. It's important as there's a highway separating the hotel from the beach. Beach bar is nice. You can get some beverages and eat good kebab. Variety of food on a daily basis is enough to find something you'll like. Not a great choice, but it's good enough. The pool is large enough to play with children. There are some slides, you can see them on the pictures. Cons... We've been here with a large group and number of issues was way too big. Leaking air conditioning or not working at all. Not working fan in the bathroom. Cards not working - by arriving we got one key and have been assured it will be fixed in the morning. In the morning we've been told it won't be fixed. No, because no. No can do. LACK OF AIR CONDITIONING IN THE DINING ROOM. Be prepared: you'll get soaking wet at every meal. The staff speaks Turkish (obviously) and Russian. Hard to find anyone workings English good enough. Impossible to find someone fluent. Have tried German, same result. The beach is rocky. Get some rubber shoes - it's a must. It's quite dangerous and eate to get hurt. Hardly possible to play with children in the water. Still, one can spend a nice week here. It's not THAT bad :)

It is not 5* as they claim to be, they don't tidy or change the bed sheets. The day we got there, everything wss dirty (including the bed) and the bed was broken and the shower cut my husband's foot. They didn't change us for 2 nights, nor did they clean up and etc. When they did move us, they did put us in an upgraded room with a FANTASTIC view and the room was really nice. They have good food and only one English speaking receptionist. People there are friendly and kind and they do have a nice atmosphere in the hotel.

Absolute joke! No way this is a 5 star hotel, please avoid! The food is low quality and tastes horrible, we ate out 90% of the time. Internet is not free, no one follows Covid 19 guide lines, this is like an Animal farm. Please what ever you do don't come here, book an apartment as Turkey has amazing fruit and veg you cook yourself STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL - HORRIBLE PLACE

Staff - polite and friendly Rooms - the first one we lived was horrible, then we moved (thanks to client relation girl) to a nice one but there are very different rooms in the hotel. Mind your room looks outside somewhere, not inside the building. Food - Turkish hand made bread was so delicious!!! The rest was just ordinary food, often savorless and with a lot of liquid gravy. Soups are horrible. Very good ice creams! Coffee - I didn't like it. Internet - it's not free, it was a surprise. Quite expensive but poor. And for each device, not for a room, bad surprise again. Sea is amazing! In September it was warm and pleasant. Beach is small stones and natural stone plates. It was fun to dive to see different colorful fish.

Not a 5 star hotel. Staff is polite and friendly, but not all of them know English. The whole hotel needs better air conditioning. The rooms need renovation. The internet is very bad. No one of the guests follows Covid19 guidelines. A lot of big rocks in the sea, so you can not swim. We had to visit other beaches. Missing accessories in the rooms and in the restaurant. You have to ask the staff to get them for you. The spa is good. It is more expensive than other spa in the area, but our experience was very positive.
