We have been waiting for an order for exactly 1 hour and 11 minutes, still our order has not arrived, I called 2 times, although they said they will send it in 6 7 minutes, it did not come, I hope it will arrive today.

My order came exactly an hour and a half later, I called and asked where it was left, they said they were preparing the order, but when it arrived, it was cold, everything was a complete fiasco.
