★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haziran ayında Davlumbazda bir arıza meydana geldi.Servisi aradım 2 arkadaş geldiler.Sonra garantisi varmı Bakalım şöyle böyle size dönecez dediler ve gittiler.Tam 3 ay oldu ben tabi 2/3 kere daha aradım.Bana davlumbazın arkasındaki barkodu soruyorlar.Ne demeye geldiniz ozaman eve kadar Adamların umrunda değil.Sonra Franke müşteri hizmetlerini tekrardan aradım ve servis hakkında şikayette bulundum,Ispartadaki servis gelip parçayı değiştirdiler.3 gün içinde Adam Ispartadan gelip parçayı değiştiriyor.Bunlar 3 ayda gelip bi işi beceremiyorlar.Berbatsın Suğde soğutma(Frenke Burdur servisi)
In June, there was a malfunction in the hood. I called the service, 2 friends came. Then they said if there is a guarantee, let's see if they will come back to you like this and they left. It has been 3 months, of course, I called 2/3 times. They ask me about the barcode behind the hood. The guys don't care. Then I called Franke customer service again and complained about the service, the service in Isparta came and replaced the part in 3 days Adam came from Isparta and replaced the part.

They will come to make a montage at the bottom, they have been busy for 20 days. I'm looking for a man who does not understand the job. I canceled and called another service. Day 2 came. It sucks, I wouldn't recommend it. If you have an alternative, choose someone else.
