According to the agreement made with the wedding hall, 20 medium size photos and videos would be given free of charge. This business is asking me for 250₺ for the digital photos. When I asked how I would choose 20 photos without their digitals, they said we would randomly give 20 photos. In addition, when I asked what will you do with digitals if I don't give the money, they grinned and said “we will throw it away”. My advice to you is to discuss this situation with the wedding hall in advance and prevent your money from being unfairly taken. Otherwise, you have to give money. The important thing is not to be a multi-year business, but to gain customer satisfaction by doing honest business. I laugh at the business owner who says that the video shot and 20 photos are a gift. It is not a gift or something, but a situation specified in the contract with the wedding hall. Even the style of the business owner is an indicator of how they do business. The reason I make this comment is to slander anyone, not to hinder their work, but to inform people. Because if you do not know, they ask for money afterwards and you have to give it.
