★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's neat and clean, beds are comfortable, good breakfast. Stuffs are friendly, can speak English. Location is great, with the Mersin Forum. You can find all Turkish brand & good restaurants there. Overall it was a good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made reservation four- five days before arrival. At the day on my arrival 09.10.2020 about 3:50 in the morning. the guy on the Rezeption told me we didn't expected you after five minutes of research he found my reservation. He told me we are full but if you want a room I have expensive room and you need to pay more. I told him why I need to pay more if we have a agreement he didn't care he said pay more or come tomorrow and continue watching his movie on his desk he was very cold and disrespectful so I left went to a other hotel.
