Size ulaşamayacağınız ütopik hedefler koyup moralinizi bozmaz. Sizin yaşam tarzınıza, çalışma saatlerinize, yemek zevkinize en uygun programı yapıp sağlıklı kilo vermenizi sağlar. Bana gerçekten kilo verdirebilen ve bunu yaparken de moralimi en yüksek seviyede tutan, hem diyetisyen hem terapist... İyi ki kendisini tanımışım. Başarılarının devamını dilerim.
