The employer is incredibly disrespectful to the people who work for him. He shouts loudly at the employees in public. This is disrespectful to both his employees and customers.

I've been meeting for 2 times, an old man comes and the staff gets in line I think the owner is extremely disrespectful, he is yelling and making unrest among the customers. We don't go to watch these kinds of events, it is not a nice behavior, it is closed at 8 in the evenings. If we go, we go to have a good time, drink delicious coffee with the smiling face of the staff, look at the events we encounter, give up, it is a place I have known since the time of Yörükevi, but this way, customers are lost.
