Günün sonunda takozu ve bilyeyi değiştirdiklerini fakat arızanın sebebini bulamadıklarını ve istersem birkaç parçayı daha değiştirip arızanın onarilip oanarilamayacagini denemeleri gerektiğini fakat bütün bunların sonucundan yine de arızanın giderilmesi hususunda kesin bir şey soyleyemeyeceklerini söylüyorlar. Yani onarım deneme yanılma yoluyla gerçekleştiriliyor. Müşteri danışmanı Mustafa Bey ise sorunla ilgili size bilgi vermek yerine sadece azarlayarak suçu size atma gayreti içerisinde. Ford için bilemiyorum ama diğer markalar için kesinlikle bilgi sahibi olmayan bir tamirhane. There is no action other than to claim that it is institutional. I waited 3 days to change a shock absorber wedge. On top of that, they disrespect and scold you disrespectfully. At the end of the 3rd day, they say that they changed the chock and the ball, but they could not find the cause of the malfunction and they should try to replace a few more parts if I wanted and try whether the malfunction could be repaired, but as a result of all this, they still cannot say anything about the elimination of the malfunction. So the repair is done by trial and error. The customer consultant, Mr. Mustafa, is trying to blame you only by scolding instead of informing you about the problem. I don't know for Ford, but for other brands, it's a repair shop that has absolutely no knowledge.

It is a corporate business, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. However, it has a diligent team to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level.
