Aracımda hayati risk oluşturdugu için zorunlu parça degişimi için Ford Avrupadan geri çagırım yapıldı ve acil olarak Parça degişiminin saglanması gerektigi bildirildi. Ançak Ford Yargül Denizli bu degişimi ve degişimin belgelenmesini 3 aydır tamamlayamadı. Araçımın Ruhsat iptali söz konusu durumu oldugunu bildikleri halde bir türlü sorumluluk üstlenilmedi. Bu durum Ford Europa ve Ford USA şikayet olarak bildirilecektir. Ford Yargul Denizli Service mentality is zero. As it posed a life-threatening risk to my vehicle, a recall was made from Ford of Europe for the mandatory part replacement and it was reported that the Part replacement should be provided urgently. Ançak Ford Yargül Denizli could not complete this change and its documentation for 3 months. Even though they knew that my vehicle was in a situation of license cancellation, no responsibility was taken. This will be reported as a Ford Europa and Ford USA complaint.
