Online alisveristen sonra bilgi Maili gelicegine dair bi yazi olmasina ragmen herhangi bi onay veya bilgi maili almadim. Whatsapptan ulasip bilgi almak zorunda kaldim. Cicek söz verildigi günde teslim edildi fakat siparis verdigimiz cicek degil baska bi cicek gönderilmis! Bu durumu Whatsapptan da bildirdim ama malesef cevap verme tenezzülünde bulunulmadi! We preferred the flower and dolphin for Mother's day. I did not receive any confirmation or information mail, even though there was an article about the information mail future after online shopping. I had to reach Whatsapp and get information. The flower was delivered on the promised day, but no other flower was sent, not the flower we ordered! I also reported this on Whatsapp, but unfortunately there was no answer to answer!

İçerisi dağınık ve özensiz. İlk intiba hakikaten facia, çiçeklerin olduğu bir yerin özensiz olmasını beklemezsiniz. Memnuniyet kaygıları yok, fiyatları ortalama seviyede. Çalışanlar ehil fakat kaba ve nobranlar. Why two points? An Ankara florist who does not care about customer satisfaction as it is run by employees, not by the owner of the business. It is messy and sloppy inside. The first impression is really disaster, you don't expect a place with flowers to be sloppy. No concerns about satisfaction, prices are average. The employees are competent but rude and nobranous.
