I think they gave up and turned it into a building when they were making rocket launchers ? it's such an empty building in the middle. It made my head spin the first time I went, but then I liked it, it's pretty interesting. The building is a bit old and deserted compared to the new residences, but that's what I liked, it's quieter, there is less control and it's very practical to go up to the floors.

This is truly a legendary place. Everyone on the top floors is very friendly and behaving very well, whether it is the view, the interest or the reception.

We used the e-office, but the internet is terrible, there is no ventilation in the meeting room. Air conditioner not working. we cooked inside. Stay away if you want to work in a relaxed environment.
