Halbuki mağazada olduğuna dair mesaj gelmişti. Alay eder gibi yönlendiriyorlar. Ürün iadesi için de mağazadan almadılar. sistemde sorun var diye mng kargo şubesine yönlendirdiler ama verdikleri kargo kodu gecersizdi. Müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda da mng kargoyla anlasmanin iptal olduğunu, aras kargoyla kod vermeden gönderim sağlanacağı söylendi. Aras kargoya gittik, onlarda kod olmadan gönderemeyiz dediler. Mağazayı tekrar aradık ve mağazadan iade alınacağını söylediler. Bu olaylar iki saat içinde gerçekleşiyor. Bir tane iade için ordan oraya gönderdiler. Beklettiler sürekli. Personelin birbirinden haberi yok. FLO PİŞMANLIKTIR!! In a word disgrace. Do not's.
