Değişim için mağazaya gittim ve ürünün değişime uygun olup olmadığını belirlemek için başka şehire gönderdiler bir buçuk aydır sonucu bekliyorum ve değişime onay verilmemiş rezalet.. Arayıp haber bile verilmedi, mesaj atılacak dediler atılmadı. Bugün aradım, gidip yırtık ayakkabımı almamı söylediler bari bu kadar bekletmeseydiniz . Gerçekten 1 puan bile fazla.
