Tatlilar cok taze ve harika, hem goze hitap ediyor hem de cok lezzetli. Personel cok kibar ve samimi. Menudeki tuzlular da cok basarili!!

Sanko park avm icerisinde yer alan Fleur de lys Beymen kafesi hem ic oturma alani hemde balkon oturma alani mevcut. Menu bir kafeye göre yeterli. Paata ve tatli cesitlerini secebiliyorsunuz. Kahve kalitesi ve sunumlari cok hos Servis hizli ve garsonlae guleryuzlu, yardimci. Mekan fotograf cekmek, dinlenmek ve hos vakit gecirmek icin cok güzel dizayn edilmis.

Mekan güzel dekor edilmiş nezih bir ortam fiyatları da dışarıdaki kafelerin 2 katı.

Amazing cafe. İ love it

I went today to Fleur de Lys to try their sushi. I called and booked at 7:00 so that the sushi is ready. We arrived at 7, the sushi arrived at 7:30 no big deal. The staff is very nice and caring. However, when it comes to sushi and coming from someone who makes sushi at home and knows a great deal about it here are my comments: The presentation is very appealing as you can see. The plating is nice, the colors are inviting. The taste is horrible! Sushi rice is usually mixed with rice vinegar, sugar and salt after cooking to make it fluffy and avoid sticking. It should be 1 cups uncooked sushi rice, 1.5 cups water, 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1/8 cup white sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt. I am sure they used way more than this for rice vinegar. The taste of vinegar was over any other taste that I could not eat more than 4 pieces. The crab is cheap quality, put in the sushi as it is, without any seasoning or mayo sauce. The shrimp used is baby shrimp, it should be jumbo shrimp so that the taste is clear. The salmon was not fresh and the avocado was not ripe. The experience was horrible and the price was 300TL for the plate. We ate almost 10 pieces and could not finish the rest. we were 2 people. We expressed to the staff when they asked us why we didnt eat, they apologized but no compensation. we went for dinner and we left the restaurant paying 350TL and without a dinner. The water was 13 TL and the cola was 22 TL! Hilarious prices for Antep. The water is 2.5 TL in restaurants and 1.75 TL in stores :) An hour after, I was sick and vomiting. I guess the excess vinegar annoyed my stomach. I don't recommend the place for sushi at all. I don't know about the rest of the items since it is the first time I visit it.
