Ankara’nın en merkezi lokasyonlarından birisi olan Çankaya Gaziosmanpaşa’da bulunan Flat Pilates Reformer Studio, güler yüzlü, tecrübeli kadrosu ve sıcak atmosferi ile size etkin ve keyifli egzersiz yapma fırsatını sunmaktadır. Kişiye özel antrenman programları ile kişinin kas yapısına, postür bozukluğuna, bel-boyun rahatsızlığına veya bölgesel ihtiyacına göre pilatesin ayrıcalıklı faydaları sağlanmaktadır.
Hedefimiz;
Flat Pilates Reformer Studio olarak; yaşam kalitenizi arttırmak, daha sağlıklı ve fit bir yaşama kavuşmanıza yardımcı olmak, bir e bir ilgilenmek ve amaç doğrultusunda istenilen sonuca en kısa süreçte ulaşmanızı sağlamak birincil hedefimizdir.

Eğitmen kalitesi, ev ortamı sıcaklığındaki iç tasarımı, çiçek kokan bahçesi, temizliği... Özellikle pandemi sürecinde özlediğim ve açılmasını dört gözle beklediğim bir yer. tavsiyemdir :) ?
As someone who has tried many studios, I can clearly and clearly say that it is a studio that I definitely distinguish from others. The quality of the trainers, its home-like interior design, its garden smelling of flowers, its cleanliness... It is a place that I miss especially during the pandemic and look forward to its opening. It's my recommendation :) ?

Sahibi Koray bey ve hocalarımız tecrübeli ve profesyonel kişiler. Her anlamda rahat olucagınız kendinizi güvenle emanet edebileceğiniz biyer.Hijyen konusunda çok titizler. Zevkle gidiyorum iyi ki varlar.
It is a very successful studio interior decoration on one of the most decent streets of Ankara (it is also suitable for my taste as well). Owner Koray and our teachers are experienced and professional people. You will be comfortable in every sense, a barrier where you can entrust yourself with confidence. They are very meticulous about hygiene. I go with pleasure, so good that they exist.

It is the studio where I went to meet with the suggestion of a close friend when I was looking for a Pilates studio, and I started writing as soon as I made the interview, and I went running for 6 months. Your smile and kindness are endless, you work in an immaculate and spacious studio; every lesson is wonderful with our teacher. Special programs are made for you and most importantly, you feel that you are working and you never get bored by moving forward with different movements. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid döneminde başladığım pilates stüdyom olur kendisi. Korona korkusuyla bıraktığım pilatese gönül rahatlığıyla tekrar dönebildim. Tüm Stüdyoda yalnızca siz ve hocanız bulunuyor. Her zaman temiz hava ile havalandırılıyor. Ve her yer tertemiz. Çok çok memnunum. Hocamız da çok ilgili (aslı hoca?) her ders farklı bir hareket seçimiyle bizi derste asla sıkmıyor.
It becomes my pilates studio that I started during the Covid period. I was able to return to pilates with peace of mind, which I left with the fear of corona. The entire Studio is just you and your teacher. It is always ventilated with fresh air. And everywhere is clean. I am very very pleased. Our teacher is also very interested (aslı teacher?), he never bores us in the lesson with a different choice of movement in each lesson.
