Burcu hocamın fizyoterapist olması, benim gibi doğru düzgün spor geçmişi olmayan birine reformer pilates yaparken güven verdi ve hem spor hem tedavi şeklinde eğlenceli seanslarımız oldu. As a desk worker, I had back and low back pain, reformer pilates with the help of a physiotherapist was good for these pains, but it also corrected my posture and gave me flexibility. The fact that my teacher Burcu is a physiotherapist gave confidence to someone like me who does not have a proper sports background while doing reformer pilates, and we had fun sessions both in sports and therapy.

Burcu hocamın ilgisi, disiplini ve güler yüzüde eklenince koşarak gidiyorum spora?? iyi ki varsınız ? I had back and neck pain because I was working at a desk job. Since I started FizyoElegance, my back and neck pain has disappeared, I feel healthier :) I think it's a privilege to do sports with a physiotherapist in itself. I go to the sport by running when Burcu teacher's interest, discipline and smiling face are added ?? glad to have you ?
