Oktay Meryem hocam ile beraber yoğun bir aydan sonra çok daha kuvvetlendi bacak çevresindeki tüm kaslarım.

After my ACL Rupture (complete anterior cruciate ligament rupture) surgery, after my doctor recommended a controlled fitness without direct physical therapy, I applied to the center on the 40th day after the operation and continued for a month afterwards.
After a busy month with my teacher Oktay Meryem, all my muscles around my legs got stronger.
Our teacher is very caring and knowledgeable. He is competent not only in fitness but also in sports injuries or in strengthening afterwards.
