★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ems 24 seansı 800tl ye satin aldim.Daha sonra reformer seanslarinin bana daha uygun oldugunu hocalardan biri soyledi.Ancak yine oradaki yetkili mumkun olmadigini soyledi.Aralarinda bir koordinasyon yok.Ayrica 10 seans gitmedigim halde 10 seans gittigim not alinmis.750 tl verdigimi soylediler.Yani tam bir fiyasko.Sonuc olarak orayi terkettim ve alacagimi da onlara hediye ettim
I bought Ems 24 sessions for 800 TL. Later, one of the teachers said that the reformer sessions were more suitable for me. However, again the official there said that it was not possible. There is no coordination between them. They also took note that I went 10 sessions even though I did not attend 10 sessions. It's a complete fiasco, as a result, I left and gave them what I would buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oldukça cana yakın, donanımlı eğitmenler ve yüksek kalite.. Spor yapmış olan olmayan herkesin verim alabileceği bir spor salonu. Bir süre sonra yaşam tarzınız olmaya başlıyor ve çok zevk alıyorsunuz herkese tavsiye ederim ; pişman kalmazsınız :)
Very friendly, well-equipped trainers and high quality.. It is a gym where everyone who has not done sports can get efficiency. After a while, it starts to become your lifestyle and you enjoy it very much, I recommend it to everyone; you won't regret it :)

Kendinize uygun saatlerde ( ki bu daha çok çalışan insanlar için çok geçerlidir ) tecrübeli ve yetkin uzman eğiticiler öncülüğü ve eşliğinde hem vücut, hem de ruh sağlığınızı sağlamanız için tavsiye ederim.
It is a suitable sports and health center for those who cannot do sports on their own, who do not know which parts of their body and how to work. I recommend you to ensure both your physical and mental health under the leadership and guidance of experienced and competent expert trainers at the hours that suit you (which is very valid for people who work more).
