★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daha önce Trendyol üzerinden sipariş verdim. Trendyol’un verdiği kargo takip numarasına kayıtlı ürün yok. 20 gün boyunca trendyol’dan hiç kimse yardımcı olmadı. Sürekli probleminiz çözülecek dendi, çözülmedi.Buraya yorum yazınca Fıstıkçı Pazarı işletmesi telefon numarasını bıraktı. Doğrudan iletişime geçtim. Çok yardımcı oldular. Gaziantep esnaflığını gösterdiler. Bizzat adresime tekrar gönderim konusunda anlaştık ve bugün kargoya verdiler. Çözüm odaklı oldukları için kabahat Trendyol’da olmasına rağmen özür dilemekle yetinmeyip problemi çözdüler. Doğrudan kendilerinden alışveriş yapılmasını tavsiye ediyorum
I have ordered through Trendyol before. There are no products registered with the cargo tracking number provided by Trendyol. Nobody from trendyol helped for 20 days. Your problem constantly was said to be solved, not solved. When I wrote a comment here, the Fıstıkçı Pazarı business left its phone number. I contacted directly. They were very helpful. They showed Gaziantep shopkeepers. We personally agreed to resend it to my address and they ship it today. Although they were solution-oriented, the fault was not in Trendyol, they did not settle for apology and solved the problem. I recommend shopping directly from them
