★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her zaman taze ve temiz yufka bulabileceğiniz bu imalathanede hiç boş durmak yok. Vitrinde her zaman en az 1000 tane yufka satışa hazır bekliyor. İçeride imalat hiç durmuyor. Bir yandan yufkalar incecik açılıyor. Bir yandan tekrar havalandırmak üzere tek tek ters yüz yapılıyor. Diğer taraftan çevre marketlerde satılmak üzere paketleniyor. Siz günlük isterseniz hemen tazecik ve incecik yufkalardan alarak mis gibi börekler yapabilirsiniz. Sadece atölye kısmının biraz daha düzenli olması ve hijyene bir tık daha dikkat edilmesi gerekli.
