Fakat adliyenin işlerliği açısından aynı şeyleri söylemek zor. Öncelikle adliye binası içerisindeki tabelalar güncel değil. Girişteki polis memurları bir hayli öfkeli ve bina adeta terk edilmiş bir görünümde. Hukuk veya Ceza ön büro sisteminin de henüz oluşturulmadığını da hatırlatmak isterim.

However, it is difficult to say the same about the functioning of the courthouse. First of all, the signs inside the courthouse are out of date. The police officers at the entrance are very angry and the building looks almost deserted. I would like to remind you that the Legal or Criminal front office system has not yet been established.
