★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aile işletmesi.Daireler tertemiz ve içleri yapılı.Eşyalar yeni.Otobüs duraklarina yakın.Market,cafe hemen dibinde.İşletme sahipleri iyi niyetli ve prensipli insanlar.Sizi müşteri olarak değil misafirleri olarak görüyorlar.Giresuna gelecekler hesaplı,hijyenik,huzurlu bir yer arıyorsa adres burası.Hastanede çalışacak kişiler burada rahatlıkla geçici veya kalıcı olarak barınabilirler.Hastanelere 1.5 km(20dk yürüme) veya merkeze giden dolmuşlar ile 5dakikada ulaşım sağlanabiliyor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birçok marka lüks otel bile bu kadar temiz değildir. Evimiz gibi rahat ve huzurlu vakit geçirdik. Işletmecileri de son derece samimi ve ilgilidir. O bölgedeki en iyi apart oteldir.Baska yere hiç bakmayın. Ayrıca fiyatları da çok iyi.
Many brand luxury hotels are not even that clean. We had a comfortable and peaceful time like our home. The operators are also extremely friendly and concerned. It is the best apart hotel in the area. Also the prices are very good.

I stayed 3 months for my master's degree, I was very pleased. When I got a job in the center, within walking distance to the university, I was able to go by public transport for 10 minutes. This was very pleasing. My room was very clean. I went in and out whenever I wanted. I'm with you again in April

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 gece kaldım oldukça konforlu bir mekan ve ucuz. Herhangi bir sıkıntı çekmedim 24 saat sıcak su, her odada mutfak, banyo tuvalet mevcut. Her şey yeni gibi ve çok steril bir ortam. Açıkçası covid-19 dan dolayı çekiniyordum başta ancak daha iyisi olmazdı herhalde. Mekan sahibi de hoş ve yardımsever biri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ?
I stayed 4 nights, it is a very comfortable place and cheap. I did not have any problems 24 hours hot water, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are available in each room. Everything is like new and very sterile environment. Obviously I was afraid of covid-19 at first but I guess it wouldn't be better. I would definitely recommend the owner who is nice and helpful ?

Family run business, very honest and caring. It's great that they understand the human condition. Cleanliness and quality of materials are top notch.
