Anladık her bankanın öncelikli müşterileri olur ama zaten gişe çalışanları olabildiğince yavaş birde bizden sonra gelipte sıra alanları bekleyince şubede 1 saatimiz heba oldu. Daha fazla bekleyemedim ve işlemlerimi de yapamadan çıktım. Hiç böyle bir terbiyesizlik daha önce yasamamistim. Qnb finansbank bu Kumluca şubesini kapatsin. Bu şekilde müşteri değil düşman kazanirlar.
They took 4 customers who came after me for transactions before me. We understand that every bank has priority customers, but when the counter workers came after us as slowly as possible and waited for the queues, our 1 hour was wasted at the branch. I could not wait any longer and left before I could do my transactions. I have never experienced such rudeness before. Qnb Finansbank should close this Kumluca branch. In this way, they make enemies, not customers.
