★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belediye çalışmaları ve beldenin imarına bakarak bir yıldız veriyorum.sahil düzenlemesi otopark alanı dişında iyi değil.sahil yürüme yolu dar giyinme kabini yok.kabin koymak çok mu maliyetli.kabin ve duş ve tuvalet yapılsa daha iyi olur.sahil düzenlemesi yapılırsa filyos çok daha güzel olacak.sahile yapılan bitişik yüksek binalar denizden gelen rüzgarı keser geride kalan binalar denizden gelen esintiyi alamaz.Ruslar ve rumlar yıllarca ızgara sistemini uygulamışlar.Başarılı olmuşlar.Belediye binasının arkasındaki mescit kapalı abdest alınacak çeşme yok.pandemide sahilde hiç bir önlem alınmamıştı.

Balıkçılık en büyük kazançları, plajı güzel denizi temiz Ankaralıların da yakın bulup geldiği bir deniz. Balık restoranı çok hafta sonları dolup taşıyor . Eğimli bir arazi olmasına rağmen imar hataları var ne yazikki eğimli arazide yine eşit kat yüksekliği verilmiş olsa denizi her daire görebilirdi ama ülkemizdeki rant bu şekilde devam ettiği sürece yanlış yapılaşmanın önüne geçmek biraz zor. Yoksa çok güzel bir yer. Yemyeşil bir doğa ve koyu mavi Karadeniz başka ne söylenebilir ki.....
