★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sürekli tercih ettiğim arkadaşlarımla vakit geçirmeyi sevdiğim ve gayet temiz bir yer. Çalışanları çok ilgili ve şirin. Tatlılarından bahsetmek bile istemiyorum hepsi ayrı nefis. Çalışan herkesin eline emeğine sağlık.
It is a very clean place where I like to spend time with my friends, which I always prefer. The employees are very caring and sweet. I don't even want to talk about their desserts, they are all delicious. Good luck to everyone working.

Taşı gösterdikten sonra biz bir inceleyelim denildi ve dönüş yapılmadı.Biz hesabı öderken de telefonda siparis alıyordu.Muhattap olamadık ama bu durum kasiyere iletilmiş olmalıydı.Burada personele diyecek bir şeyim yok.Onlar çalışan ve işletmenin prensibi bu yöndeyse ona yapacak bir şeyleri yok. Ayrıca o gün yediğimiz ekler bayat ve tiramisunun da kreması ekşiydi.Hadi dedik esnafta zor dönemlerden geciyor deyip seslenmemistik ama taş çıktığını söylememize rağmen ilgisiz kalinmasina şaşırdık

After we bought dessert from here and ate it at the table, we saw that the price was different. When we asked why, we were told that a service fee of 2.5 TL was charged per person. Also, the product received was not a cake product as stated by the business below, but also trilice and profiterole from piece products. It was informed that they were not charged in this way from the environment and other customers, they might have been taken because they saw foreigners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlk açıldığı zamanlar da epey sık kullandığım bir pastane idi fakat o günlerde aldığımız bir pastanın içerisinden çıkan metal fırça teli eşimin diline zarar verdi.
Sorun pastanın içinden çıkan da değildi aslında yani çok tasvip edilecek bir durum değil ama olabilir. Sorun bu durumu bildirmek için işletmeye gittiğimizde karşılaştığımız ilgisizlik. Böyle bir durum oldu bilginiz olsun biraz daha dikkatli olunması gerektiğini ifade ettik ancak bir an evvel konu kapansın diye ellerinden geleni yaptılar o zamandan beri uğramayı kestik.
It was a patisserie that I used quite often when it first opened, but the metal brush wire that came out of a cake we bought in those days damaged my wife's tongue.
The problem was not what came out of the cake, actually, so it's not a situation that can be highly appreciated, but it can happen. The problem is the indifference we encountered when we went to the business to report this situation.
