Fark edildikten sonra da müşteri memnuniyeti hiçe sayılarak, çok kaba bir şekilde anlaşma iptal edildi. Gidin başka yerden kiralayın denilerek, kurumsallık ve profesyonellik hiçe sayıldı. Umarım genel merkez gereğini yapacaktır.
This was the worst of our car rental experiences. Information to be made at the beginning was said after the payment terms and price were accepted. After it was noticed, the deal was canceled very rudely, ignoring customer satisfaction. Institutionalism and professionalism were disregarded by saying go and rent from elsewhere. I hope the headquarters will do the needful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a terrible place where I have ever been to rent a car. They are disrespectful, uneducated people. And additional they are not trustable people. They are immediately ready to break the deal instead of convincing the customers. They don’t know how to deal with the customers. Worst customer service ever. And again don’t waste your time and money. Long story short, run far ran fast from this place if you don’t want to have any bad experience.
