They wanted 150 liras to connect my car to the computer, so I gave up, the price was exaggerated.

I really liked the service they give to my vehicle. The maintenance workers did a good job. However, the car wash issue was worse than I have ever seen. Maybe they don't see it as their duty, but when I was in Aydın, I would feel like zero when I delivered our vehicle after maintenance. This is missing here. I did not find the measures taken due to the corona very sufficient. The waiting room and the rooms of the customer advisors are not ventilated. Often times customers have people who are careless mask below. I did not see them being warned. Finally, the consultant should follow the tools more closely. Although the vehicle was ready, I waited for it to come over 1 hour without washing. It was a situation that could catch up before the lunch break. They let it flow. I guess it was thought of as if it came out whenever it came out. Thanks to the technical service. Helped with price. Thanks. I am thinking of coming back.
