★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aracımın motor kısmından değişik ses geldiği için Karabük’ten kastamonuda bulunan fiat gözde oto servisine gittim kendim kontrol ettiğimde turboya giden hortumunun yarıldığını gördüm servise giriş yaptığımda şikayetimi servis danışmanı ceyhun bey’e ilettim motor ustasının sadece turbo hortuma bakmasını eğer buradan kaynaklıysa parça varsa aracımın yapılmasını parça yoksa zaman kaybetmeden başka servise gideceğimi söylememe rağmen oralı olmadı sonuçta bakacak olan ustanın 1 dakikasını almayacaktı neyseki ısrarla söylediğimde kontrol ettiler arzanın turbo hortumu olduğunu belirttiler aracım tamir edildi bu süreçte servis danışmanı ebru hanım tarafımla ilgilendi ve çok yardımcı oldu kendisine buradan teşekkür ederim.
 I went to the Fiat Gözde Auto Service in Kastamonu from Karabük because I heard a different sound from the engine part of my vehicle. When I checked myself, I saw that the hose going to the turbo was split. Even though I said that I would go to another service without wasting time, he did not attend. Fortunately, when I insisted, they checked it, they said that the problem was the turbo hose. My vehicle was repaired. It's not a big service, it's easy to reach outside of the city, close to the bus station. We bought our vehicle with the warm attitude and interest of Mrs. Nurcan, the sales consultant. We thanked him. Would we come again, definitely yes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Başıma talihsiz bir olay geldi. 04.11.2021 tarihinde Easy paket olan aracıma sis farı cezası kesilmişti. Bunu kanıtlamam için bayii den bilirkişi raporu almam gerekiyordu. Telefon ile bayii yi aradım Uğur Bey ile görüştük yardımcı olacağını söyledi beni davet etti. Çok ilgili davrandı kendisine buradan sonsuz teşekkürlerimi sunarım 40bin bakım için 4 bin km sonra yada bu Ağustos da kendilerini tekrar ziyaret edeceğim. Kafasında soru işareti kalan müşteriler için gitmeye değer bir bayii diyorum.
An unfortunate thing happened to me. On 04.11.2021, a fog light penalty was issued to my vehicle with Easy package. To prove this, I had to get an expert report from the dealer. I called the dealer on the phone, talked to Mr. Uğur, he said he would help, and he invited me. He was very interested, I would like to thank him from here, I would like to visit them again after 4 thousand km for 40 thousand maintenance or this August.
