Even a person who says that I never do sports like me is a perfect studio that puts the sport into life for an unlimited time !! Absolutely, but I would definitely recommend it for every kind of motivational support :) ?

Pilates with my teacher Filiz is really different. We both have fun and exercise. I look forward to my Pilates days. Also it is not possible to find such a clean place in this period. I strongly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiz hocamla spor yapmak inanılmaz güzel ve eğlenceli...insan vaktin nasıl geçtiğini hiç anlamıyor...Ayrıca pandemi döneminde kişiye özel ,tertemiz ve hijyenik bir mekan...Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum pişman olmazsınız...??
Doing sports with my teacher Filiz is incredibly beautiful and fun... people don't understand how the time passes... Also, it's a private, clean and hygienic place during the pandemic period... I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it...??

Enerjisi bitmek bilmeyen, sizin sagliginiza ders disinda da dikkat eden, gelisiminizi önemseyen mükemmel bir pilates egitmeni. ❤️? Covid sartlarinda da gönül rahatligiyla stüdyosuna gidin tertemiz ve genis. Eger Ankara‘da degilseniz (benim gibi) online ders imkani da sagliyor ancak sehirdeyseniz mutlaka stüdyoda ders alin. Gözüm kapali gönül rahatligiyla tavsiye ederim. ☺️
I came to my teacher Filiz's studio for the first time during my visit to Ankara. He is an excellent pilates instructor whose energy is endless, who pays attention to your health outside of class, and who cares about your development. ❤️? Go to the studio with peace of mind in Covid conditions, it is clean and spacious. If you are not in Ankara (like me), it also provides online lessons, but if you are in the city, take lessons in the studio. I recommend it with my eyes closed. ☺️
