The place where I bought meat for years, I haven't seen a better one. Also, unlike other butchers, there is no meat smell inside :) I highly recommend it for the design of the place...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir arkadaşımın tavsiyesi ile tanıştım. Et benim için çok seçici olduğum bir konu ve özellikle bekletilmiş ellerini ve marine edilmiş antrikotlarını tavsiye ederim. Daha önce gurmenin soslu domates kurusu da çok aldığım bir ürün iken artık bulamıyorum.
I met him at the recommendation of a friend. Meat is something I'm very picky about, and I especially recommend the aged hands and marinated entrecotes. While dried tomato with gourmet sauce was a product I bought a lot before, I can't find it anymore.

Et kalitesi çok değişken. İlk aldıklarımız fena değildi, şimdi ise bozdu. Son aldığımız et saman gibiydi. Bir iki alış veriş yapınca müşteriyi kazandık diye düşünen esnaf anlayışındalar sanırım. Süreklilik kalitede standardizasyon gerektirir. Bir yıldız vermezdim ama en düşük not bu maalesef.
Unfortunately, there is no standard continuous quality.
Meat quality is very variable. The first ones we bought were not bad, now they are broken. The last meat we bought was like straw. I think they are in the understanding of tradesmen who think that we have won customers after a few purchases. Continuity requires standardization in quality. I wouldn't have given one star but this is the lowest rating unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Izgara sececektim dana tandırı ısrarla tavsiye ettiler. Bunlardansa tandır daha iyi dediler. Çok da açtım beklememek için tamam dedik. Lezzetliydi ama biraz kuruydu. Hesap bir geldi. Tandırın kilosuna 300 lira yazmışlar. Hadi hayat çok pahalı olmuştur o kadar diyelim. Ayrıca 90 TL pişirme ücreti yazıyor hesapta. Bu ne? Efendim 3 kişinin yemek pişirme ücreti. Ben çiğ et seçip pişirin demedim ki... zaten pişmiş olan Tandırı getirdiniz. Kaldı ki çiğ et de secsem etin fiyatına ne eklersen ekle. Ayrıca pişirme ücreti nedir?
I was going to choose grilled beef tandoori, they insisted. They said that tandoor is better than these. I was very hungry so we said ok so we don't have to wait. It was delicious but a little dry. The account has arrived. They wrote 300 liras per kilo of tandoori. Let's just say that life has been so expensive. Also, 90 TL cooking fee is written on the account. What's this? Sir, the cost of cooking for 3 people. I didn't say choose raw meat and cook it... you brought the already cooked Tandoori. Moreover, if I choose raw meat, add whatever you add to the price of the meat. Also what is the cooking cost?
