★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri memnuniyeti hiç yok, kazadan dolayı otobüse yetişemedik giden otobüs zaten koltukarı boş gidiyor boş gitmese kesinlikle haklılar, anlayış gösterip ücret iadesi yapamıyor koskoca firma bence yolcularına karşı biraz daha anlayış göstermesi gerekirdi sonuçta müşteri kazandırıyor o parayı size manimiz olmadan kaçırmadık sonuçta kaza bu, illaki yine sizden alacak müşteri o bileti ama bu şekilde daha çok müşteri kaybeder diye düşünüyorum.
